Your first class is designed to meet you exactly where you are — no experience necessary.

small by design: intimate classes allow your instructor to offer personalized attention throughout class.

the experience: 50 minutes of intentional movement, with options and progressions offered along the way.

after class: stay awhile. reset in our recovery lounge, explore the wellness bar, or book an infrared sauna session.

Grip socks are required for all classes. Bring your own or purchase a pair in studio.

Complimentary spring water is available, so your water bottle is optional.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early for your first visit so you have time to settle in and get acquainted with your reformer.
